Admin, Supervisor and Standard licences explained

A user's Brisk licence determines the level of access they have.

Admin

Designed for people running and administering the business, with access to areas such as:

  • Settings
  • Billing
  • Users
  • Invoicing

Supervisor

Designed for people managing jobs and employees as part of their day-to-day work.

Supervisor access to areas such as Quotes can be controlled under Users → Access.

Standard

Designed primarily for employees carrying out work, including accessing jobs and recording time.

Standard users never have access to Quotes.

Enquiries can be enabled for Standard users under Users → Access, but Quotes can't be enabled for a Standard user, even with an individual override.

Primary Admin

The Primary Admin remains the owner of the Brisk account.

Their licence can't be unassigned.
