Sometimes somebody outside your business needs to complete a form.

Public forms allow this without creating a Brisk user account.

Assign the form to the job and use the job's public form link.

The recipient can complete the form through the public page and receives confirmation when finished.

Public access uses the job's secure token.

If the link has been shared too widely, regenerate the token to invalidate the previous link.

Remember that regenerating the token also changes access to the public job page.
