Understanding Brisk credits
Normal Brisk job and time-management features don't consume credits.
Credits are used for optional services that have an external or AI-related cost.
These include features such as:
- Postcode lookup
- Vehicle registration lookup
- SMS
- Messenger
- Dedicated messaging numbers
- AI email parsing
- Company-document AI features
Individual credit-consuming services can be enabled or disabled.
Your current credit balance can be viewed under Settings → Credits and within Billing.
If an optional lookup or AI feature isn't working, checking the available credit balance is a good first step.
