Logging in and finding your way around Brisk
Once your Brisk account has been created, you can sign in using your company's unique Brisk address.
You'll need the username and password created for your account. Brisk doesn't send users an invitation link — your company administrator will normally give you these details.
After signing in, you'll land on your dashboard.
A few things you'll use regularly:
- Left-hand menu — access Jobs, Customers, Timelogs, Settings and the other areas of Brisk.
- Search — quickly find jobs, customers and purchase orders.
- Bell — your Brisk notifications and alerts.
- Your name — access your profile or log out.
- Support — contact Brisk support if you need help.
Exactly what you can see depends on your Brisk licence and the access your administrator has given you.
If you've forgotten your password, use Forgot Password on the login screen.
If you've logged in but can see very little in the menu, check with your administrator that you have an active Brisk licence.
