Logging time
Time can be recorded from:
- Timelogs → Add New Timelog
- A job's Time section
- The Brisk mobile app
Choose the relevant job or activity and enter the start and finish time.
Brisk then uses Smart Split to divide that time according to the employee's normal working hours, overtime periods and breaks.
If a job requires RAMS and these haven't been completed, Brisk may prevent time being recorded until the requirement has been satisfied.
Non-job time
Activity Types can be used for time that isn't being recorded against a chargeable customer job, such as workshop, training, sick or other internal time.
These are managed under Settings → Timelogging.
