The App is intended for use by users who have an account with Brisk / Brisk Manager (briskmanager.app). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2.2 Location data

The App may request location permission to set or show job locations on the map (e.g. when adding a new job). Location is used only for these features and only when you have granted permission.

If you use features that attach photos or files (e.g. for jobs or reports), we process those only to provide the feature and in line with this policy.

2.4 Biometric data (e.g. fingerprint / face)

The App may offer biometric sign-in (fingerprint or face) for your convenience. Biometric data is processed on your device only and is not sent to our servers. We do not store your biometric data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the App and its features (jobs, timelogs, schedules, POs, assets, vehicles, annual leave, etc.).
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Use location only when you have allowed it, to support map and job-location features.

• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations where required.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
